“Wow!!! Very nice house to stay, everything’s very new, super clean, big bedrooms with huge tvs and has everything you need, big bathroom with very enjoyable shower, air conditioning in the whole house, the patio with pool is such a relaxing place. Area is safe and close to the caribbean where you can walk to see a very nice sunset and enjoy the oceanview & breeze. I cannot wait to go back again.”

“I enjoyed my stay in this new house. It's a classy house, everything was new, the pool and patio was so romantic in the evening. I heard jazz music and in the mornings, it was nice to drink a coffee with my husband next to the pool. I love the king size beds in each bedroom and bathroom was huge. I really enjoyed that the entire house, had hot water specially when I washed the dishes. and air conditioning was important to me and this house had air-conditioning everywhere. It was a fabulous experience to stay in this house. My husband used the huge bbq to cook for us, I liked that!!! I highly recommended this glamorous house. Super clean and had everything to cook. I am a such clean person and I loved the white blankets. I can't wait to come back to this Villa next year with my kids. Location super sweet!! Super safe and so nice to see sunrise on the Walking Art area. Location near to ocean and a lot of US people have houses nearby. Shopping and restaurants area, but quiet after 8pm. I highly recommend this Villa as 5 star stay.”

“This is a beautiful well, equipped condo with very comfortable beds. Marco could not have been more helpful, he arranged taxi pick ups for us as well as negotiated a deal on a golf cart for the entire week. His response time was amazing and helped us with everything we needed to know. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat. It made our stay on this beautiful island so comfortable.”

“Marcos and his luxury apartments really exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home with several balconies, all of the extras we didn’t even think of like eggs, bread, extra towels, beach supplies like chairs and a cooler. The team was extremely responsive and attentive and every detail was thought of. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with a park for the kids and great corner stores. The super market is walkable and Felipe’s resturaunt down the street is great make sure to check it out!”

“What an incredible experience it is to stay in this villa. It’s got everything you need and then some. Marco the host is a gem, very knowledgeable and full of the best recommendations. Air conditioning and large tvs on every room , amazing private patio with all the amenities to stay in on a calm day. The snacks in the fridge are handy for late nights and across the street is a great small store with lots to offer . Also both restaurant 2 doors Down on either side are exceptional. I highly recommend you give it a shot, I’m planning my next stay before we even depart. Thankyou so much for an amazing stay”

“Perfect place to stay! Great customer service with quick responses from locals for anything needed. Quick walk to the East side of the island where there is a park where you can watch sunrise out over the Caribbean. Then to the local coffee shop “42” for yummy lattes, coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. Local restaurants within walking distances. We took taxis to north beach but loved staying on a quieter part of the island. Don’t hesitate to schedule with Marco!”

“I love the experience staying in this Villa with my family. The Wifi was super fast, the hammock and the pool was so refreshing. This Villa is located very close to the Caribbean ocean where you can see the best beach board walk art with dolphins and turtles. Very safe area. I highly recommend. The Villa was new super clean and I really enjoyed the huge shower. Loved the snorkels and hammock ocean floats provided . We saved money not renting. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great nights sleep. The host Marco provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, and he helped us book the golf cart that got delivered to the Villa parking driveway. We felt like we were staying in a home away from home, thanks to the luxury decor and it made the best vacation ever in Isla Mujeres. Love it!! The kitchen was new fully equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious meals, and the private patio was perfect for relaxing where we used the BBQ. I can’t wait to come back!”
